It was quiet. The air conditioner worked well. Good water, pressure/hot water, drinking water.
Internet down for two days +. For two days either the owner/manager took no corrective action or simply failed, but either way, the communication was only from me to her, through the guard because she didn’t pick up when I called her directly. No remedy, no update, no concern expressed, no follow-up. Doubtless she gets it fixed eventually. I also tried to deal directly with it myself via the Globe telecom/internet company but got nowhere, so perhaps this was her own experience. Nonetheless, she should’ve had some boots on the ground to bring in another modem. This never happened. For sure this was a modem issue, though 50/50 it might have been resolved by the company pinging the modem. I suppose lack of payment could also have been a factor. Who knows? All I know is that the job didn’t get done, And the communication was 100% one way on this issue through booking dot com and through the guard at the entrance of the bldg. When I called her directly, she wouldn’t pick up. This also happened to check in. When I called, no answer. When the guard called, an answer. This, even though she knew my check in time. Krissy was a gracious person when I spoke to her at check-in on the guard’s phone, but she wasn’t there when I needed her.
